Very simple - We hate spam as much as you do and will not make your e-mail
address details known to any third party, unless you agree to it.
Ordering online
We use HSBC secure E-payments gateway to process all credit card transactions to give you full peace of mind.
This is backed up with 3D secure transactions using Verified by Visa & MasterCard SecureCode.
We do not store ANY financial information like credit card numbers on this site.
If you wish, you may send us a cheque or Postal Order (PO). Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Do not send cash. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for delivery of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque/PO, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and mail the form with your payment to:

Delivery
We will despatch all items as soon as possible, usually within a couple of days, with the exception of framed Art Prints, which take approximately 3 weeks.
Please be aware that all prints are individually signed by Simon and are individually framed. If for any reason we are out of stock of your print, an email will be sent to advise you of this and to give an estimated time when it will be available for Simon to sign.
Costs for postage and packing will automatically be added at the
time of placing your order and will be calculated relating to the
delivery destination. Prints are sent by Business Post and the rates
are as follows:

the problem and your order reference.
Payment
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order. Goods are
subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods,
we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given
where you have already paid for the goods.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive
your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate,
errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered
we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming
your order at the correct price or canceling it.
If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you
cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Return / Refund Policy
If for any reason you need to return the goods please send an e-mail to
jerry@simonkingwildlife.com stating
your order reference and the reason for the return and we will
inform you of the procedure.
Please note this does not affect your statutory rights.
